Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsps butter
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 slices of texas toast
- 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
Cooking Procedure:
- In a large bowl, mix the pudding mix, milk, cinnamon and egg. Whisk everything together for 2 minutes and make sure that it’s well blended. Dip the toast in the mixture and coat both sides.
- In a heavy skillet or a cast iron, melt the butter until everything melts. Cook the bread in the butter until it’s cooked.
