Pepper-Crusted Beef Tenderloin

Meat is better enjoyed with some butter herb sauce. This easy beef tenderloin recipe will make you want to keep cooking it for dinner. It’s very easy to prepare, yummy to eat, and absolutely filled with all kinds of healthy ingredients to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

For the Beef Tenderloin: 

  • 2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tbsp black ground pepper
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • 2 lbs beef tenderloin 
  • 2 tsp onion powder 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 

For the Beef Tenderloin Sauce: 

  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • 9 oz of butter 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic cloves 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder 
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard 
  • 1 tsp dried thyme 
  • 1 tsp dried oregano 
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives 

Beef Tenderloin Cooking Procedure:

For the Beef: 

  • In a small bowl, add all of the spices and rub together. Sprinkle the mixture on to a clean roll of cling wrap and then start wrapping the beef until it is well coated with the spices. 
  • Heat up a pan or a grill over medium heat and pour some olive oil on the beef tenderloin. Sear it on the grill or pan for 7 minutes on both sides. Cover it in foil and allow the meat to rest in it for 15 minutes before you start slicing it. 

For the Sauce: 

  • In a small pot, mix all of the sauce ingredients and set the heat to low. Mix everything together until you can see that the butter is melting. 
  • Once done, serve it in a small bowl or you can directly pour the sauce on to the beef.

Pair it with your favorite side dishes and voila! You have an impressively delicious meal pepper-crusted beef tenderloin you can enjoy with your family.
