Quick and Creamy Fruit Salad

A healthy fruit salad is a great way for your kids to start enjoying fruits. We all know not all kids are the most easy to persuade when it comes to food, which is why its important to give them something yummy but at the same the perfect balance between sweet and healthy. This simple recipe is very easy to prepare, and you can even ask your kids to help you prepare it. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of dried cherries 
  • ½ cup coconut cream 
  • Salt 
  • 2 granny smith apples cored and cut into chunks 
  • 1 pound honey dew melon cut into chunks 
  • 1 can pineapple rings in syrup drained. 
  • ½ cup plain yogurt 

Cooking Procedure:  

  • In a large bowl, put all the fruits together and add a pinch of salt. Stir everything together to combine the flavors. Once it’s fully mixed, place it in the fridge and let it cool for a while before serving.
