Herbed Balsamic Chicken

Chicken is enjoyed no matter how you cook it. It’s packed with protein and you can binge eat it without feeling guilty. Plus, everyone loves it. If you cook any recipe with chicken, your family members will want to keep looking for it. This simple recipe will turn your dinners into a 5 star meal. 

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 minced garlic clove 
  • 2 tsps grated lemon zest 
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh chives 
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh basil 
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 

Cooking Procedure: 

  • In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients together except the chicken. After everything is mixed in, put in the chicken and add the vinegar mixture. Let it sit for 10 minutes 
  • Grill the chicken over medium heat and then broil it 4 inches away from the heat until the thermometer reads 170°. Cook it for 8 minutes per side. Once one, pour over the remaining vinegar mixture and serve it while it’s hot.
