Ingredients:

  • 2lbs chicken wings or drumstick 
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise 
  • 1 minced garlic clove 
  • 1 tbsp of smoked chili powder or paprika 
  • 2 tbsp coconut or olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste 
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp salt

  • First, put the chicken wings or drumsticks inside a plastic bag and then pre heat the oven to 450° (220°C).
