Red Pepper & Parmesan Tilapia

Tilapia is an asian favorite. It’s healthy and can be cooked in many different ways. This recipe has a lot of health benefits and would go well with whatever diet you are on. It’s also easy to prepare and can be enjoyed by all members of your family. 

Ingredients: 

  • ½ to 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 
  • 4 tilapia fillets 
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning 
  • 1 large egg 
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Cooking Procedure: 

  • First, preheat your oven to 425°. Place the beaten egg in a bowl and combine the pepper, cheese, italian seasoning and pepper flakes. Dip the fish fillets in the egg and make sure that the fish is fully covered with the mixture. 
  • Place it in a baking pan. Make sure to coat the pan with cooking spray first before placing the fish. Let it bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is easy to flake with a fork.
