Have you tried parfaits before? These desserts make an excellent end to a good meal, but what if you can also have it for breakfast? We’ve added a different twist to your parfait by adding some healthy sugars and protein. If you’re on a diet, this will definitely solve your sugar craving.
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup of honey
- 2 cups Kashi go lean crunch cereal
- 3 cups plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups orange segments
- ¼ cup toasted and sliced almonds
- 2 tsps grated orange zest
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
Cooking Procedure:
- In a large bowl, mix together the orange zest, yogurt and honey. In a parfait glass, layer half of the yogurt mixture then follow the orange segments, cereal, and raspberries. Serve right after.
Useful Tips:
