Ingredients:
For the Almond Flour Crust:
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup of almond flour
- 2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
For the Tomato Bacon Low Carb Keto Quiche:
- ½ tbsp heavy whipped cream
- ¼ tsp parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 large egg
- ½ oz mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 cherry tomatoes
Low Carb Keto Quiche Cooking Procedure:
For the crust:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the crust ingredients. The flour, egg, salt, and parmesan. Mix everything well until it forms a dough.
- Split the dough into two and shape them all into the quiche pans. Make some scores in the dough by using a knife or a fork so that the crust doesn’t end up bubbling in the oven. Bake it for 7 minutes at 325 degrees and then set it aside for it to cool.
For the Keto Quiche:
- On the cooled crust, layer the mozzarella cheese, cooked bacon, and cherry tomatoes at the bottom.
