Are you looking for a new and creative way to enjoy some chicken wings? If you are then you are in luck, because this air fried chicken wings recipe is cooked with an air fryer. Cooking with air fryers are the healthiest alternative to normal frying, because they aren’t covered in GMOs which could be found in most oils. Air fryers are great especially if you are following a Keto diet, because it’s a great way to enjoy your chicken wings without any artificial ingredients. 

Ingredients: 

  • Chicken Wings 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil 
  • 4 tsp chili powder 

How to make air fried chicken wings

  • In a bowl, toss in the thawed chicken wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, olive oil, and black pepper. 
  • Grease up all the racks in your air fryer oven or if your oven has a rack, you can grease that up too. 
  • Arrange all the chicken wings per layer on the basket or in the rack. Just take note that the racks should not be touching. Otherwise, you can cook all the chicken in batches if they can’t fit in one go. 
  • Cook everything at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes, then change up the racks and flip over the wings and air fry for another 15 minutes. You can experiment with the temperature, if you want it to be crispy you can go for 450 degrees and cook for 20 minutes. 
  • Take it chicken wings out of the oven when they are golden brown and serve while hot. 

Useful Tips: 

This air fried chicken wings is best served with celery and a dip of your choice. You can experiment with what dip to serve, but blue cheese dip is a favorite. Try it out for yourself!
