Beef Tenderloin Steak Recipe

Everyone one loves a good steak especially if it’s cooked properly. This juicy Beef Tenderloin Steak recipe will make you drool and want more. It only takes a simple 15 minutes to perfectly cook this steak. Plus, it’s great for those of you who follow a keto diet because it is full of healthy protein and fat. 

Ingredients:

  • salt 
  • 6 cloves of garlic (medium sized) 
  • Fresh ground pepper 
  • 4 tbsp of 2 oz unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley 
  • 1.5 4 pieces of trimmed beef tenderloin steak 

Beef Tenderloin Steak Cooking Procedure: 

  • Using the side of your cooking knife, peel and mash the garlic cloves and mince it. After mincing, sprinkle a little bit of salt. 
  • Season both sides of the trimmed beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper. Make sure to pat them dry first. In a skillet, put some oil in and heat it up to medium heat until it starts to simmer. Add the steak into the skillet and cook until brown on both sides for 3 minutes per side. Once it’s done cooking, set it aside first. 
  • In another skillet, melt the butter over low heat and add the garlic. Cook it until its aromatic and lightly browned in color for 4 minutes. Lightly add some salt to taste. 
  • Once the garlic butter is prepared, pour over the steak and garnish with parsley then serve. 

Useful Tips: 

You can experiment with your beef tenderloin steak. You can cook it until it’s medium rare, well done and etc. you can also add some garlic bread, marinated tomatoes, and a light salad to your finished dish.
