- Jalapeno
- Eggs
- Butter
- Cream cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Unsweetened almond milk
How to cook Jalapeno keto omelet
- Using a pan, saute the jalapeno in butter.
- While the jalapenos are cooking, using a bowl whisk the eggs and slowly add in the unsweetened almond milk into the mixture.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and add the cheddar cheese along with the cream cheese in the egg mixture.
- Cook the eggs until brown-ish gold and then serve
Useful Tips:
If you are not satisfied with just the eggs, you can add some unsweetened bacon, sausages, and some cauliflower hash browns to your Jalapeño Keto omelet. You can also add a light avocado salad, a smoothie, or anything you feel would make breakfast better. Experiment as much as you can!
