Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 2 medium eggs
- Pinch of baking powder
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp oil
Cooking Procedure:
- Beat the 2 large eggs, add a pinch of baking powder and 3 drops of vanilla extract
- Mash banana using fork
- Mix the mashed banana and beaten eggs in a bowl
- Heat the frying pan over medium heat
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil in the frying pan
- Scoop batter using a spoon into the pan
- Cook the pancake 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until bubbly and edges are dry
- Repeat from step 5 with the remaining batter
- Top the pancakes with your favorite fresh fruit.
