Eggs are a great way to start the morning and it’s also filled with a lot of protein to keep you healthy and energized before your day starts. This simple but creative recipe, will add a quick punch to your eggs by using some bell peppers. If you are on a diet, then you will want to try this out.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Chopped parsley
- 1 large bell pepper
- 4 large eggs
Cooking Procedure:
- First, you’ll need to slice up the bell pepper horizontally to make a ½ inch thick ring. Make sure to remove the seeds inside as well as the white flesh.
- In a non stick pan, pour in the vegetable and heat it up at medium heat. Cook the bell peppers for 2 minutes and crack the eggs into the center of the ring. When cooking, make sure to cover it, and cook until you have reached your preference. Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve it hot and put the garnish on top of it.
