Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- salt
- 1b salmon fillet
- Fresh ground pepper
- ¼ c grated fresh parmesan
Salmon Fillet Recipe Cooking Procedure:
- First, preheat your oven to 350°. Place the salmon fillet on top of a rimmed large baking sheet with foil and season it with salt and pepper. Make sure to lightly grease the baking sheet with cooking spray or some grease.
- Mix together the parmesan, melted butter, and parsley in a small bowl and then coat the salmon fillet with the mixed ingredients. Make sure to spread the mixture evenly throughout the fish and bake for 25 minutes until the salmon is cooked.
- After 25 minutes, switch your oven to broil, cook for 2 minutes and wait for the top of the fish to turn light gold. Serve while hot.
