Overnight Oats

Do you have no time in the morning to eat breakfast sometimes? That’s okay, when work requires you to go to run to the office early in the morning, sometimes you barely have time to eat. Why not prepare something ahead of time to save you all the hassle? This overnight oats recipe is quick, easy, and does not require much work to prepare. Plus you can add any kind of fruit to it to give you a punch of energy! 

Ingredients: 

  • 50g rolled porridge oats 
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt 
  • Drizzle of honey 
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon 
  • ½ tbsp nut butter or almond butter

Cooking Procedure: 

  • Before going to work in the morning, stir in the cinnamon with 100ml of water into your oats with just a little bit of salt. You have the choice to use any liquid with this, you could also use milk if you prefer. 
  • Once you prepare it the next day, loosen up the ingredients with a little more water or with whatever liquid you put into the mixture the previous night. Top it with some berries, yogurt, the nut butter and a drizzle of honey.
