French fries are a delight! They can make a great snack and an awesome side dish for any meal. If your kids are picky eaters, this dish will definitely be great for dinner plus it’s made with healthy ingredients only.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 large cut rosette Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 sliced garlic clove
- 1 tsp ancho chile powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Cooking Procedure:
- First, pre heat your oven with a rimmed baking sheet to 450 degrees F. Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix in some salt with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Once done cutting, add them to the hot baking sheet cut side down. Let it roast in the oven for about 30 minutes or until they are golden brown. Flip it and sprinkle it with the sliced garlic clove and 1 tsp of ancho chile powder. Add in the dried oregano and let it roast for another 15 minutes. Once done, serve it with lemon wedges.
