Easy Keto Smoked Salmon Lunch Bowl

Smoked salmon is very healthy and can be enjoyed in many different ways. You can add it to your salad, a sandwich, or maybe even eat it the way it is. This simple lunch recipe will wake you up quickly. It’s easy to prepare and has a lot of interesting flavors you can mix well with other ingredients like lime juice or mayonnaise. 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 oz spinach 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • ½ medium lime 
  • 12 oz smoked salmon 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 

Procedure:

  • Using a small board, prepare all of the ingredients together. If you want, you can add the mayonnaise and lime juice together.
  • Transfer the smoked salmon to the plate of your choice and add the mayonnaise and spinach. 
  • Season the spinach with olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve the smoked salmon with additional lime. 

Useful Tips: 

You can experiment with the dip depending on your taste. You can use just mayonnaise or just lime juice if you do not want to add the two together.
