Smoked salmon is very healthy and can be enjoyed in many different ways. You can add it to your salad, a sandwich, or maybe even eat it the way it is. This simple lunch recipe will wake you up quickly. It’s easy to prepare and has a lot of interesting flavors you can mix well with other ingredients like lime juice or mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 oz spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ medium lime
- 12 oz smoked salmon
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- Using a small board, prepare all of the ingredients together. If you want, you can add the mayonnaise and lime juice together.
- Transfer the smoked salmon to the plate of your choice and add the mayonnaise and spinach.
- Season the spinach with olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve the smoked salmon with additional lime.
