Low carb Coconut Flour Waffles

  • 5 Eggs (make sure to separate the yolks and the egg whites) 
  • 3 tbsp full-fat milk 
  • ½ melted butter
  • 4 tbsp granulated stevia 
  • 4 tbsp coconut flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 

How to make Low carb coconut flour waffles

  • Mix the coconut flour, egg yolks, and baking powder in one large bowl.
  • Add the melted butter into the mixture. Make sure to add it slowly and mix thoroughly to ensure the consistency and smoothness. 
  • Add the vanilla and milk to the mixture. Make sure to mix it well. 
  • Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until it becomes fluffy. 
  • Gently add the whisked egg whites into the flour mix.
