How to cook Keto bacon and eggs

  • In a pan, fry the bacon in medium heat until it gets crispy. Once done, place the cooked bacon on a plate and leave the fat in the pan. 
  • Use the same pan for cooking the eggs. Place it on medium heat, and crack the eggs open into the leftover bacon grease. If you don’t want to get messy, put the eggs into a measuring cup and pour it into the pan to avoid splatters. 
  • You have the option to cook the eggs the way you want them. 
    • Sunnyside up – leave the eggs cooking on one side and then cover the pan to make sure the top portion is adequately cooked. 
    • Over easy – flip the eggs after a few minutes and cook for another few minutes on the other side. 
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes and add them to the eggs while you are frying. 
  • Add some pepper and salt to taste.
