Ingredients: 

  • 1 can of tuna chunks or flakes 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil 
  • 1 medium chopped avocado 
  • 1 medium chopped cucumber 
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

How to make Tuna Avocado Salad

  • In a salad bowl, place the cucumbers, avocado, tuna and chopped cilantro then mix everything together.  
  • While mixing, add the lemon juice and the olive oil. 
  • Toss the salad and mix all the ingredients thoroughly then serve.
